INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup oil (Grapeseed, or Vegetable)
1 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 goat cheese crumbled
2 Tbsp Fresh dill, minced
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 375F (185C). Grease a loaf pan with baking spray and set it aside. I used a pan that was 22cmL x 10cmH x 7cmD so roughly 8.5″ x 4″ , which is smaller than most 9″x5″ standard American loaf pans. So your bread may not rise as high, or need as much time baking as mine if using this larger pan. It may be done in 20 mins as opposed to 25 mins.
Whisk together wet ingredients, set aside. Then whisk together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir. Add in cheese and dill or other mix-ins. Bake for 25 mins.
