Here is my recipe for guilt free double chocolate chip cookies made from almond butter, egg, raw cacao, 92% dark chocolate, maple syrup and a pinch of baking powder. .
They are soft, fudgy and oh so chocolatey. Best part is they are effortless! 🙂


Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 tsp raw cacao
- 1 large egg
- Maple syrup 1/2 cup
- Chocolate chips handful
- Pinch of baking soda
Method:
Heat oven to 340°F.
Combine all ingredients to make a dough. Onto ungreased baking sheet, drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-10 mins. Cool for a few mins on a wire rack.
